It sounds like the title of an exciting movie\u2014and for us, it really feels that way! Today marks the official start of the competition season for our Tanco<\/b><\/span>. Goal for 2025?<\/b> Convince the inspection committee that Tanco <\/span>deserves to be approved as a breeding stallion<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our strategy?<\/b><\/span> Delivering top performances and impressive results. What we can already check off our list:<\/p>\n

\u2705 Spotless X-rays<\/b><\/span> of legs, back, and neck \u2013 Check!
\n\u2705 <\/span>Happy, motivated swimmers<\/b> \u2013 Check!
\n<\/span>\u2705 A golden character<\/b><\/span> \u2013 we\u2019ve never met a gentler horse that loves to work with you this much \u2013 Check!
\n\u2705 <\/span>Record-breaking IBOP score<\/b> \u2013 Check!
\n<\/span>\u2705 <\/span>2024 PSG Champion<\/b> \u2013 Check!<\/span><\/p>\n

And today, an important milestone was on the agenda: the second qualification at a K&U competition<\/b><\/span>, required for international starts. And? Check! Done, in the pocket!<\/b><\/span> <\/p>\n

Our sweet, black giant did it again!<\/b><\/span> The scores varied quite a bit (well, a Friesian among warmbloods sometimes confuses the judges). There were 22 combinations in the class<\/b><\/span>, with one judge placing us 4th<\/b><\/span>, another 8th<\/b><\/span>, and another 14th<\/b><\/span>\u2014with an incredible 5% difference<\/b><\/span> between the highest and lowest score. But the most important thing? We scored over 65% and are now qualified for international competitions!<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Double celebration today!<\/b><\/span> Not only for Tanco\u2019s success but also because Ivonne (Zo\u00eb\u2019s mother) is celebrating her birthday!<\/b><\/span> She was there cheering us on, and we want to put her in the spotlight: Happy Birthday, Ivonne!<\/b><\/span> <\/p>\n

What\u2019s next?<\/b><\/span> Training, cuddles, and preparing for the next competition. By mid-August, we want to have a rock-solid case for the judges.<\/b><\/span> We\u2019re working hard towards that goal!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
